Deputy of EFDC to \'Act Up\'Epping Forest District Council confirmed on 3rd August that Derek Macnab, aged 49, has been appointed Acting Chief Executive for Epping Forest District Council. Mr Macnab has been the Council’s Deputy Chief Executive since August 2007. Councillors will review his working arrangements again in December. Mr Macnab replaces Peter Haywood who retired as Chief Executive in July.  more
